*Shipping Option*

Most of the items will be shipped from our warehouse in Florida by UPS Ground. Sometimes when the items are not in stock in Florida warehouse, we may ship your order from our Hong Kong warehouse ( need extra shipping fee )or our office from Arizona.

Overnight and 2nd day Air is available for an extra charge. You can confidently order during any holiday season and receive fast delivery.

We have installed a shipping cost UPS calculator into the stores which will automatically calculate your shipping charges on your total order.(International shipping is not included) Plus flat handling fee of $1.50.

For the international order and US Island order, please send us an email with your shipping address and the zip code before you place your order. Soon we will send you back your shipping fee information.

About Customs Duty, Excise Duty or Import VAT

It's important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery. It is different in different countries.

We do not collect any United States sales tax on International orders, but ALL Duty fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges for shipments to foreign countries outside of the continental United States that may be owed to that foreign country or its tax authority are to be paid by the customer or recipient of the International shipment.

International purchasers will need to contact their customs office for up to date duty and tax information.

With the exception of holidays we will ship your package to you within 48 hours to 10 days of receipt of funds. We make buying trips to China once a week and can usually fill out of stock items during that trip.

If an item will be back ordered longer than 10 days, we will advise you and ask you if you wish to wait or receive a refund. There are over 5,000 different items in the warehouse so back orders are few. We will be glad to rush processing and filling your order at your request.

Domestic Shipping Options and Ship Times:

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the item(s) you ordered and the shipping option you selected. We use the following calculation:

Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Example: An item that is usually ship in 3 to 4 business days and is sent via Standard Ground Delivery (3 to 6 days) will arrive in 6 to 10 business days.

Express Delivery Options:

We offer 1 Day and 2 Days Express Delivery options. Express Delivery charges are based on the order's total weight and its destination.

Please note that by choosing the Express Delivery option, it will not reduce the time for your order to leave our warehouse, it will only reduce the time in transit. We use the following calculation:

Return & Cancellation

You must be completely satisfied with any of our products, or return the product in re-saleable condition for a refund of the price we received (shipping & transaction fee NOT included). Regardless of the reason we will substitute another product or refund your purchase price. All claims for replacements and/or refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of said product. Once we shipped and saled your order, a fee will be imposed for credit card transaction . The minimum fee that would be charged is 5% of the total amount paid for any cancellation, it could be more depending on your credit card type.

To place a return, please
email us within 2 days of the day you received your order before you return the item and explain the reason for your return and what items are being returned to us. We will respond with the return address and an RA number (return authorization number) that you must write on the outside of your return package. We do not accept any return package without the RA number. For all the return package without RA number, will be penalized 50% of the return item prices.
To avoid the penalty, please follow these steps above.

Damage and/or breakage: We are not responsible for damage caused by the postal services or private delivery services in any country once the package leaves our hands. We go to great lengths to pack each item to survive even the roughest trip around the world. If there is any concern about breakage to an item we will be glad to arrange to have the item insured before it leaves Hong Kong or Florida.

If you got damage items when it arrived, please keep all the packing, any receipts and confirmation to file the claim, and email us with the digital photo of the damaged item which is taken by you right away in the delivery date.

We DO NOT accept damage claims after 24 hours from the delivery date. The damaged item will be picked up by the delivery service with the claim number from the receiver's place.

Cancellation & refused shipments

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by email ( to sales@mercurytreasures.com) within 3 hours. Other wise, we can not guarantee that order cancellations will be accepted.

For inside of USA orders, most of the orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse. Once the order is placed, and the sale was made by our payment verification sytem, transaction fees appear for each order, and also once the order is shipped, the cancelation will not be accepted.

Any orders refused acceptance for delivered by customer without prior written notification to us will be subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee. All cancelled orders must have written email confirmation from us that the order has been cancelled.

Customer may be charged a $25.00 additonal handling fee for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect addressed entered on the order form which must reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge the same shipping charges that applys to the original order.

If you refuse a shipment on an order because you do not want to pay customs fees to your government, or if you miss the scheduled delivery attempts to your delivery address and your undelivered order is returned to us, the shipping charges for both (1) the return shipment from your country and (2) your original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund once the returned shipment has been received by us.

Other claims - Missing parts or pieces, etc,

All these types of claims must be notified to us within a day from the date of receiving the item. Other wise, the extra shipping postage will be charged.

Loss of any item:

Small items are shipped Air Mail for International delivery and normally the post office here in Hong Kong does not give a receipt. We can request that the item be sent Air Mail Registered and a receipt is provided so you can track your package. Larger orders are sent Air Parcel and a US Customs receipt is always given (if the parcel is headed for the USA). To date (knock on wood) we have never lost a parcel. However, if there is any concern please request we send it registered (there is a small charge). Larger parcels are automatically sent Air parcel so we always have a receipt.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute an item of greater value for any item ordered which we cannot deliver due to damage discovered during packaging for shipment. We will not knowingly ship damaged goods but will select a replacement item or items similar to and of greater value than the item which was damaged prior to shipment.
