How Chi energy flow while you are cleaning your space ?
Have you ever felt tired or started to feel irritated when you enter the space ?
This might be happened by negative energy and Chi energy was not flowing around the space smoothly.
Because everything in the world is made up of energy and in our living, every space has energy.
To make good chi energy flowing smoothly in your space, removing clutters is the first thing to make good feng shui.
What is clutters ?
That's the thing that doen't make you feel good and happy.
- Spicky or sharp items or plants , negative image pictures or paintings, dead flowers ( including dry flowers ) .
- Things that are broken and useless are all negative energy. If you have a collection of broken items you are keeping to fix later, when you have time.
- Clothes overflow from your closet and land in piles on the floor.
- Bookselves are overstuffs receptacles for many things and books land in piles on the floor.
- Keeping old documents which are not in file and the desks are crammed with the documents.
- Keeping garbage a long time.
If you are keeping broken items, fix them , or throw them away as soon as possible.
Good to keep only the stuffs that you love and are useful.
Space cleaning
One of Japanese culturual habit , many families practice living space cleaning at the end of the year to get rid of all the dirt and negativity from the year and welcome to the new year . Some countries are doing this in the spring season after the long winter is over to welcome warm spring.
After you removed all the clutters from your space, next step is cleaning your spaces.
Sunny weather is the best day to clean your space and normaly our feeling also better than rainny days. If your feeling is not well or not in a positive mood, it's not good time to clean your space because yourself is also energy and if your energy is negative, chi energy won't flow around the space.
Open the window, and clean all the space in your living, vacume the carpet and wipe all the places.
Bathroom and kitchen are easy to get dirt , so always keep there clean.
After clean all the spaces, light a candle ( pure aromatherapy type is great.) , burn incense ( sage is the best but whatever you love is fine. ) or diffuse pure essential oils .
Playing music which make you feel good or excited.
Tips - While you are doing this, focus on your future instead of your past life and any negative things.
Your goal of life , your plan for your future to get what you want or what you want to be .
The best way to boost your energy level is writing down your future with pen and paper.
This is more powerful than just thinking about your furture and the things what you want and chi energy will start flowing around the space.
